Baking update:

The toffee bars turned out quite good. The chocolate took FOREVER to melt, however. Even though it's semi-sweet, it still tastes really good. I bet it'll be even more delicious when it cools and hardens. I think I will probably make these bars for Christmas -- but instead of nuts on top, I'll crumble up Heath bars to make it extra toffee-y.
