A busy, busy day, this Thursday!

Work is going well. Nothing too exciting to report.

The wedding planning is continuing. I have to make an appointment to meet with a potential photographer for next weekend. And I have to get in touch with our reception site to see if hotel rooms have been reserved for us. Important stuff!

Also, we've been registering! It's actually quite fun to wield the scanner and find things that you'd like to have! I won't tell you where, but there will be a couple of more places soon. I just have to find china that I like.

I've got a busy weekend up ahead -- it's Trip's grandfather's birthday soon, so we are going to Delaware on Saturday to have a celebratory lunch. I think he's turning 94! It sounds like the cake Trip's mom is getting for him will be quite delicious -- yellow cake with strawberry filling and chocolate mousse frosting. Yum!!

Sunday I am helping out with Cupcake's niece's birthday party. She will be 7 and is having a Little Mermaid themed party. It should be fun! Plus I haven't seen her nieces and nephew for a while -- there's a new niece that I haven't met yet! It promises to be a fun afternoon.

The spring weather is being super nice. I went for a walk on my lunch break and enjoyed some of the fresh air.
