Seriously, I'm working on a big write-up of the Virgin Festival. Let me just say it was awesome and I want to see the Flaming Lips do a concert on their own. AWESOME!

But enough about music -- let's talk books!

I finished reading a really interesting book this morning called Gatsby's Girl. It was a fictionalized account of F. Scott Fitzgerald's first love and her life after him. Truly fasciniating. I've always liked Fitzgerald's stuff and it is making me want to re-read some of the short story collections and maybe actually finish reading This Side of Paradise and The Beautiful and the Damned. (I think that's the name...not quite sure.) Something just very intriguing about that whole pre-WWI era and post-WWII era that is really interesting.
