I started my novel. Yay!

I also realized this weekend that I am insane to try to write a novel this month. I mean, seriously, I have to finish crocheting an afghan for my friend's wedding. Plus I'm going home for a week for the wedding. Will I be able to write 1631 words each day to meet my goal of 50,000 words? I don't know, but I'd better get busy this week!
